Service
Our commitment to customers is to provide market-leading service for the deliveries of their post and parcels. We strive to deliver first time, every time. Beyond this, however, we go out of our way to help every customer track the progress of each delivery, providing locally-based, dedicated and responsive support to help them maintain visibility and control over their deliveries. ...
Security
We look after every parcel as though it were our own property, allowing customers total confidence that whatever they entrust to us will arrive safe and secure. Every member of our workforce is fully security checked. It is a measure of our success in this area that we are trusted with the delivery of documents for Government Offices and high end well known retailers.
Choice
We do not try to impose services that are convenient for us onto our customers. Instead, we provide a wide range of services designed to meet the customer needs of every kind. Whether a customer needs delivery to residential or business addresses, whatever shape, size or weight their deliveries, and even if they require additional services (such as installation, assembly or packaging disposal), we provide a choice able to accommodate it.

Culture
We understand that it is our success in delivering each day on our promises to our customers that enables them, in turn, to deliver on their promises to their customers.
We expect every member of our organisation, from workforce to management team, to accept responsibility and accountability for their role in ensuring we achieve this objective. To encourage this, we promote a culture of teamwork, mutual support and mutual respect.
Our workforce is, by its natural composition, culturally diverse. We work hard to foster a workplace environment where all employees feel included, appreciated, recognised and valued. We encourage all colleagues to take an interest in activities at all levels and seek to receive and consider their views across a wide range of matters.
We operate a ‘promote from within’ policy across all our divisions, with many of our current Regional Directors having made their way up through our ranks.
Just as we believe in clear and transparent communication with our customers, we believe in the importance of this within our organisation. Any colleague who contacts our Senior Management Team is assured of a personal and focused reply.
Finally, but fundamental to our culture, we look to all colleagues to go the extra mile in everything they do.
