Businesses in the sector need a premium delivery operator capable of ensuring that products reach end consumers safely and on time, and are then supported by white-glove services that provide a high quality experience for the end customer.
Our DX 2-Man service has proved the ideal solution for many white goods companies. Backed by our network of depots and number of dedicated vehicles covering the whole of the UK.
Our range of further white-glove services gives customers the option to add other helpful assistance to their delivery. This includes: room of choice, wet connect/disconnect; WEEE disposal; Saturday delivery; light assembly for furniture items requiring legs or handles to be added after delivery, for example; and removal of all packaging for recycling.
Our advanced systems mean that end customers receive order and booking confirmation via SMS and email with ‘in-flight’ change options. Each delivery is assigned a dynamic 2-hour delivery window, and customers can track their delivery live.

How we assist the white goods sector

- DX Hubs employ damage-limiting cross-dock processing. Our delivery teams use equipment designed for safe handling, plus sliders and landing mats to preserve and protect flooring.
- Consideration for your customers
- Our delivery crews confirm their ETA to your customers when en route. This is part of our effort to optimise their experience when taking delivery of the goods they have purchased from you.
- No angry customers
- On arrival at a delivery address, our crews risk assess both the goods and the room of choice to establish a delivery plan that includes clearing a path, laying dust covers and donning overshoes.
- Everything removed for your customer
- Our crews remove all packaging from white goods for recycling. We will also remove old appliances for ethical WEEE recycling which avoids unnecessary landfill.
