What should I do if I don’t have a DX tracking number?

If you do not have a tracking number it is unlikely we have an item for delivery to you yet, so in the first instance you should contact the sender of the item. In the interests of the security of items in our care, DX will require a tracking number before any information on an item will be provided.

If you are a recipient and believe we have an item ( a passport, credit card, concert ticket, or online retail purchase, or another DX Secure delivery) but do not have the tracking number, please contact us.

If you are a DX business customer please check your service log book or on the copy of the consignment note where the tracked label number for the item should be recorded. If you cannot find the tracking number, then please contact us and we will be happy to help.
