Christmas Savings Delivery information

DX have been selected to deliver voucher and gift card orders on behalf of Park Christmas Savings. These item(s) will be despatched to you using the DX mail service.

When will my item(s) be delivered?

If you've provided an up to date mobile number, prior to delivery you’ll receive a text confirming your delivery date and tracking number.

How do I track my item?

You'll need your tracking number and postcode. Simply click onto the DX web link to view the latest information regarding your delivery: www.dxdelivery.com/tracking.

What if the tracking page does not show my item?

If you’re unable to track your item immediately, don't worry, your item is still being processed for delivery. Simply leave for 12-24 hours and then check again.

What if I am not in on the proposed delivery day?

Not to worry, you can select a new date, Monday to Friday by visiting www.dxdelivery.com/delivery. You'll need the tracking number and your postcode to change the delivery date.

How will my item(s) be delivered?

Your order will be delivered via DX whom Park has designated for their standard delivery service. As standard, you can expect your order to be delivered free of charge between 8.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Upon delivery, a signature is required. If nobody is in at time of delivery the DX courier will leave a calling card to let you know a delivery has been attempted and advising you what to do next.

How secure will my delivery be?

To ensure the item(s) have been securely delivered, DX couriers carry a hand held device which records the time and date of delivery, in addition to enabling the courier to take a photograph, record a description and capture the geo co-ordinates of your property. As the secure and safe delivery of your order is our priority, the hand held device will also be used to obtain an electronic signature which can be referred to in the event of dispute, ensuring any issues or investigations are quickly resolved.

What if I am not in?

Don't worry if you're not home at the time of delivery; a calling card will be left providing contact information. DX may also contact you directly to discuss further options available to you to ensure the safe delivery of your item(s).

Will I need to show any Identification (ID)?

On the initial delivery or any subsequent delivery back to the original address, identification is not necessary. However, a signature will be required from a
person over 18 yrs of age. If you decide to have the item redelivered to a work
address, DX will require a signature and identification from the consignee. Identification can be UK Passport or Drivers license.

How do I track my item?

You'll need your tracking number and the postcode of the original delivery
address. Simply click onto the DX web link to view the latest information regar-
ding your delivery: www.dxdelivery.com/tracking

A standard delivery service is provided to you free of charge, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm. You can however choose a more convenient date by
visiting www.dxdelivery.com/delivery. You'll need the tracking number and the
postcode of the original delivery address to be able to do this. The great news is re-delivery between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday is also free!

If you are not available to accept your delivery Monday to Friday, don't worry, DX can offer you a bespoke level of service for a small nominal charge, which includes timed and Saturday morning deliveries.

DX is also able to redeliver your item to a work address. Please visit www.dxdelivery.com/delivery or call DX on 0333 241 0333*. You will need your tracking number and original post code. DX will need a signature and the identification of the consignee. Identification can be UK Passport or Driver’s License.

I have moved since ordering my item(s). What should I do?

Can someone else sign for my item(s)?

Absolutely, any adult aged 18 or over, residing at your address at the time of delivery can sign for the item providing they are able to provide a clear signature. If you have your item redelivered to a work address, DX will require a signature and identification from the consignee. Identification can be UK Passport or Driver’s License.

Can I collect my item(s)?

DX offer a collection service in some areas. You will need your DX calling card to collect your item. Please call the number on your calling card/letter to arrange collection.
