DX Secure Flex is our premium next-day service for delivery to end consumers. It offers you the flexibility and choices to be able to customise the delivery experience exactly as you wish. The service provides a full range of pre-flight options with a 2 hour delivery window as standard.
DX Secure Flex is highly flexible and laden with choices that help you tailor the delivery experience focusing on convenience, transparency and certainty. ...
You receive pre-flight notifications via text or e-mail covering: on-the-road GPS with driver tracking; calling card and rebooking with option to change address on carded delivery; and successful delivery confirmation.
The parcel recipient receives pre-flight change options including: Change Delivery Day; Leave with Nominated Neighbour; and Leave in Designated Safe Place.
The service includes full tracking and proof of delivery, including photograph, GPS location scan and three-point door description.
DX Secure Flex is ideal for the delivery of consumer purchases in a wide range of sectors: homewares; health & beauty; optical; high-end fashion, consumer electronics; and even high-value consumables like wine, beer and spirits.
The service provides extra special care at the delivery point, ensuring your goods reach the right destination on time. Our extra security layers avert unnecessary risks, making certain your goods are only delivered to locations and address types which you have specifically designated as appropriate and safe. Photographs taken at the delivery point help eliminate claims of non-receipt.
DX Secure Flex provides leading-edge management information and proof of delivery through our simple and intuitive DX Despatch software. This produces delivery labels, sends us vital consignment details and tracks your parcel’s journey from beginning to end. (You may alternatively submit electronic file uploads to our server using your own despatch system.) Ultimately, DX Secure Flex is the ideal service when the quality of delivery experience takes precedence over lowest possible cost.

How the process works

Collection
DX Secure Flex collects your consignment from you after you’ve logged it with us using DX Despatch.

Local depot
At your local DX depot, your consignment is unloaded and scanned, then trunked and forwarded to the appropriate DX Hub.

DX Hub
Once it reaches the DX Hub, the consignment goes through sorting, retrunking and scanning for its onward journey to our delivery depot.

Delivery depot
Once it reaches the DX Delivery depot local to the delivery address, the consignment is again scanned and loaded onto the delivery vehicle.

The last leg
Our driver then delivers the consignment directly to the delivery address, recording photographic evidence on delivery.
