Can I collect my DX item from your depot?

For certain DX services we do offer the option to you to collect your DX item from one of our depots. If you have a tracking number you may be eligible to book a redelivery for your item. To check if this is applicable for your item please visit our Track page and follow the steps.

However, this service is not open to all and if you wish to find out if you are eligible for this service we advise you to contact us.
