The challenge

Lassic’s vast and expanding range includes accessories and occasional furniture for kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, dining areas and outdoor and garden. Guaranteed overnight delivery to their retailer customers had proved difficult over the years, with unsatisfactory relationships with several main logistics providers. Issues encountered ranged from misrouted and failed deliveries.

The results

For Lassic, the benefits of engaging with DX have been clear to see, with fewer complaints from their customers. Their account set up was seamless and straightforward and they now sending a significant number of parcels every day plus multiple collections. The relationship between the DX and Lassic teams is fantastic, and the DX Team offered full support when Lassic opened a new warehouse due to continued growth.
