What happens if DX loses or damages an item I have sent?

In this unlikely event the terms and conditions of your contract will be honoured. DX operate to a formal investigation and resolution process which customers need to comply with. Please refer to your terms and conditions for guidance.

You will need to ensure all internal and external packaging is kept as this will help our investigation. Photographs of the item will also assist us in assessing the situation.

Our Customer Services team will log a customer case for you that will have a unique number. Please keep this number as it will be needed when dealing with the Customer Services team on this incident.
