Can I change my delivery details or my delivery address?

If you have received a calling card or letter from DX for a secure delivery and have not yet contacted us to book a delivery, please go to the Track and follow steps to make a delivery request. This gives you the choice between a delivery to your home or work address.

If you have already booked your delivery and wish to change the address details supplied, please contact us on the telephone number shown on the calling card or letter.  Please note, in most cases we will be able to change the delivery address, however due to certain security restrictions. One of our Customer Service representatives will be pleased to discuss your options for changing your delivery details or address.
