What happens if you cannot deliver my DX Secure package?
For our signature service options, if our courier is unable to obtain a signature, he/she will post a calling card through the letterbox and follow the redelivery process.
Where your Customer receives a calling card, email or letter from DX for a DX Secure delivery they can make a choice on our website which lets them select a redelivery to either their home or work address (subject to accessibility).
In the case of service options that do not necessarily require a signature our courier will deliver the package in accordance with the service description.
Please note this service is only available in the UK.
