How do I get a new key for my DX Exchange box?
Please look on the actual lock where you will find a code, make a note of this and contact the Membership Service Team by email to exchange@dxdelivery.com or the ROI on 01 506 0182 who will order you a new key. We ask that you allow up to 3 working days for the new key to arrive.
